Featured Artist: Robert “Robie” Smith

Robie grew up in Coquitlam and moved to North Vancouver in 2013. He has been passionate about creating art since 2015. Some of Robie’s hobbies include rail fanning, and watching hockey – he is a former member of the North Shore Special Olympics Hockey team. Note that $5 for each sale of Robie’s art is donated to the North Shore Special Olympics.

Form the artist: “Hi, my name is Robie. I draw my characters as I vision them. Each character is different. I start with a pencil , then colour them in with felt pens and sharpies. I like using a variety of bright colours, including red, green, blue, and more. Drawing art helps me relax and reduce stress.”
